The future of our country will change by a lot if other states make Marijuana legal. I would be Ok with legalizing Marijuana only if it was harder to grow. I think every state would legalize Marijuana if it was harder to grow. Why I say that is because the government would be able to profit off it by taxing the growing of Marijuana.
Possession of Marijuana is the number one arrest category in New York. In New York there is a law were policy can stop and frisk citizens on the street. There is a 90% without arrest rate for possession of Marijuana. Police officers instruct young people to generally empty their pockets. During a stop and frisk a person has to empty out their pockets and show the officer anything they have. This is greatest arrest category in NY.
The penalty for possession of marijuana is a misdemeanor possession, and charge with up to three months in jail with a fine of $500. The law change in 1977 where, if a person still has possession of Marijuana, it wouldn't be a crime. The people could argue that this law is unfair.
In fact 85% of arrested people for Marijuana are and Latinos and Blacks. Such a huge part of arrest for these two races is an injustice. Studies have shown young white people use it in larger or equal to amounts. By arrests rates growing each year for Marijuana the government might be on my bad side for a legalizing it.
Up 400,000 arrested people are in jail for small amounts of Marijuana. Arrests for Marijuana have grown by a huge margin in the last decade. Many see Marijuana as a No. 1 for getting arrested.
By getting arrested period makes it harder to get a job, go to college, and move
forward in your life. I personally think what the point for using Marijuana is.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo of New York has stepped up and said, “We are on the brink of finishing the job that the state Legislature started in 1977."
Are powerful leaders in the political office have admitted to smoking Marijuana or weed as are young people of today would call it. As a united force we need to lower the use of Marijuana.

Andrew Luck vs.Robert Griffin III for Rookie of the Year
This should be a interesting battle between Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III or RG3 for short
for Rookie of the year. You can't compare either of them to John Elway or Dan Marino yet. Even
though the two were picked 1st round as 1st and 2nd pick in 2012's draft. I would say RG3 has
a better chance of going to the Hall of Fame only because he can rely on his legs a lot more
then Andrew Luck. RG3 is the fastest quarterback in the NFL for right now. RG3 runs a 4.38
on his 40 yard dash time. You could say he could be following the path of Michael Vick's, but
better. Andrew Luck is having just as hard time going against teams as RG3. Luck has already
thrown for 3,205 through week 11. Both of the two look like they have what it takes to be the
elite QBs of the future. RG3 has a total of 3,132 yards for his offense this year. Also he is the
currently leading the NFL in rushing yards for QBs. Both of them have the NFL top teams to
versus remaining in the year. Luck has to vs the Houston Texans twice and RG3 vs. the
NY Giants and Baltimore Ravens.
Either one has a good chance in getting Rookie of the Year. Luck has less offensive weapons
then RG3. So what I'm trying to say is Luck has to carry his team more in order for them to win
games. RG3 has a passer rating of 78.6 %and Luck has 54% completion rating in the last two
games. RG3 has had a game where he throw for 504 yards passing with 8 touchdowns and
one INT. Luck had a passer rating of 54% two touchdown passes and 3 INTs. They're both
amazing football players and equally have a chance on beating each other on Rookie of the
Year.
